Kashiwagi Elementary School conducted classes focused on a local community in the "Period for Integrated Study". At the classes, students used the local mailing list, named 'Tama Manabi', run by local citizen as one means which deepens the learning of them. Over four hundred e-mails were exchanged on the mailing list and the e-mails extremely affected the students.
