Spectral analysis of aeromagnetic anomalies is applied to estimate the centroid depths of crustal magnetic sources, Zo, beneath the Kamchatka Peninsula, to constrain on crustal thermal regime. One of another potential proxies to assess the crustal thermal structure is the deeper depth limit of seismogenic zone, D90, the depth above that 90 % of earthquakes occur. Estimated Zo agree generally with D90 and are consistent with tectonic regime. This indicates that Zo is closely relating to the isotherm and assessing reasonable average thermal regime.
