The purpose of this paper is to elucidate the details about the dialectal words referring to "winds" and "tidal currents; waves" of Todohooke located in the eastern region of the Oshima Peninsula. They have been collected by our fieldwork, some books and documents of the local fishing industry, and several dictionaries of the Hokkaido dialect and weather phenomena. Each item concerned includes a dialectal word written in katakana letters, the meaning with brief comments, the example sentences, the recorded places and other sources. All the words listed were proof-read by the interview research with two local fishers at the age of 70's. It is revealed that the dialectal words of Todohokke have unique characteristics closely related to the geographic features, distinguished from those of the western region of the peninsula and other parts of Japan.特集 渡島半島東岸部の漁業関連方言語彙調査
