(1)EUVLシステム用超低膨張ガラス評価法の開発を行うため、以下の5項目の研究を行う。
   ・超低膨張ガラス評価用超音波計測システムの高精度化及び高分解能化
   ・音響特性(弾性特性)と膨張特性(CTE)の比較による検量線の作成
   ・超低膨張ガラスのCTE不均一の大きな原因の一つである脈理の評価
   ・X線回折法による結晶化ガラスの評価
   ・作製時期やロット間の違いによる超低膨張ガラス材料の均質性の評価
