<文献概要>point ・迷走神経腹腔枝温存にあたっては,神経近傍でのエネルギーデバイスの使用は最小限にとどめ,神経をテーピングして愛護的に牽引しながらの繊細な操作が重要である.・迷走神経腹腔枝温存胃切除術は,早期胃癌(cT1N0)を主な対象としており,進行癌でD2郭清を要する症例では腹腔枝温存は行っていない.
