This paper considered the accumulation factor of the commerce and the operating worker, and the location characteristic of the large-sized retail store of Fukuoka City using quantification theory. In the main conclusion, it could indicate following two points. 1) The biggest accumulation factors of the commerce and the operating worker are use district and railroad stations. 2) The main factors which affect the size of a large-sized store are the distance from the urban core, the traffic volume of a weekday, circumference population, and a rate of large-sized vehicle mixing.
