目的:抗がん剤の進歩にもかかわらず、手術不能進行・再発胃がん患者の予後は不良である。後期高齢者は、併存疾患も多く、臓器予備能が低下しているために、抗がん剤の選択には、特に注意が必要となる。今回、化学療法を受けた胃がん患者を対象にして、生存期間に影響を与える因子について検討した。方法:2008年5月から2017年4月までの9年間に、名古屋記念病院で経口フッ化ピリミジン系抗がん剤の投与を受けた胃がん患者(N=130)のカルテを後ろ向きに調査した。Kaplan-Meier法で化学療法開始日からの...
