This paper reports on a new engineering education method based on in situ experiments performing in classroom in the lower college years.We coll this early-stage engineering education method "in situ experiment".Until now,various basic laws taught in the class have been checked in experimental laboratory later,but not in time in classroom.We think that this time lag between the teaching and experiment results in the incomplete knowledge about the basic laws.Our proposed education method is an effective method to resolve this problem.It this paper,we describe some examples of the "in situ experiment" introduced in some special subjects and report result of the questionnaire from students.
