負性インピーダンス変換器を用いたツボの等価回路決定法の改良

本論文では、負荷インピーダンス変換器(NIC)を用いた等価回路決定法における測定回路の改良を提案している。この方法では、一ヶ所の測定が数分でできる利点がある。測定原理は、OPアンプの仮想接地の概念を利用し、非接地キャパシタンスCだけの回路にしておき、それを外部に付けたコイルと共振させて、その共振周波数からCの値を測定している。改良された測定回路では測定精度も改良されている。(著者抄録)
