We developed server system to distribute the weather forecast charts for ship. This system offers a user the weather forecast charts for 33 hours at sea. This system consists of the server on land and the client PC on shipboard. The server on land collects the GPV Data from public database of Kyoto University every three hours, and makes images that plot GPV Data at specified time on the map. The client PC accesses the server on land through the satellite internet. The Watch Officer specifies the request and changes scale, hour, latitude and longitude for viewer of the weather forecast chart. The server receives these requests and returns the Images of the specified area. In this paper, we would like to argue describe the composition of the server system, the function this system has, and the way to use the viewer of the weather forecast chart. Moreover, how to make the weather forecast charts from GPV Data and map is discussed.
