Oshima National College of Maritime Technology is promoting the project to reactivate Suo-Oshima town using fund of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. This is a 5-year project to strategically cope with the anticipated future-profit. In this paper we report a policy and the enforcement situation of the third year of Shima-square Project on the basis of reflection for the 2-year activity in the past.
