本研究の目的は、中枢神経系疾患による運動器障害で日常観察される筋緊張の変化を、表面筋電図を用いて定量化することである。本研究では特に連合反応に着目し、非麻痺側の努力量を「電気式筋力計」を用いて定量化し、非麻痺側上腕二頭筋の努力量とそれに応答した麻痺側上腕二頭筋の筋緊張の変化を解明していく。今回は、我々が開発した「表面筋電システム」を紹介した。本システムはオリジナル椅子上の椅座位で最大等尺性収縮を用いて肘関節を屈曲した時の筋出力量と両側の筋活動量を同期させて計測するシステムである。本システム...
