抵抗スポット溶接では接触電気抵抗が重要であり,これまでに多くの接触電気抵抗モデルが提案されている.しかし,これらのモデルは新しい材質の鋼板やめっき処理鋼板への適用が困難である可能性がある.そこで,本報では有限要素法に基づくミクロスケール接触電気抵抗解析,また,この接触電気抵抗解析とマクロスケール弾塑性大変形接触・電流・熱伝導3連成解析を組合せたマルチスケール抵抗スポット溶接解析について述べる.
