侵襲時の栄養療法に関しては、種々のガイドラインが作成されているものの詳細はいまだ不明瞭な部分が多い。また運動介入についても近年ICUAW予防としての意義が注目されているが、早期の運動介入が代謝や生存率に与える効果についての報告はない。本研究ではマウス敗血症モデルを用いて間接熱量測定および尿中窒素測定により栄養代謝動態の変化を調べ、敗血症の重症度・時期による糖質・脂質・タンパク質の三基質の代謝動態の変化を明らかにした。また低強度の運動介入による効果についても調べ、急性期の低強度運動によりPG...
