In the oxide superconductor, Nd1+xBa2-xCu3O7-d(Nd123), dusters with nm scale have been recently observed by scanning tunnel microscopy. Relating to this phenomenon, Nd123 single crystal gives apeak effect in the magnetization curve. In order to get quantitative information on their clusters, small angle neutron scattering measurements were carried out using the single crystals heat-treated under various conditions. Starlight-like streak scatterings were observed around the origin. The longer streak appeared along the c*-axis and other two short ones were along the a* and b*-axes. This type of scattering can be explained in terms of ellipsoid distributed in the matrix as a first approximation. The efficiency of magnetic nux pinning due to these clusters have been assessed based on the present structure model.
