Profile

The theme of my research so far has consistently been how to quantify non-observable variables, and use those variables to empirically analyze policy outcomes. Our past research work has been empirical analyses following this theme, falling into three major categories: (1) time-series analysis of finance policy outcomes; (2) panel estimates of land price functions; and (3) various performance estimates at the local jurisdiction and local financial institution level.
