Apr 2011   軽元素戦略に基づく鉄鋼材料のマルチスケール設計原理の創出
本研究では、元素間相互作用および元素と格子欠陥の間の相互作用を、精緻な物性測定、最先端ナノ解析と第一原理等の計算材料科学の統合によって定量的に評価し、固溶/偏析・クラスター/析出の境界領域でのナノヘテロ構造と力学特性の関係の学理を解明するとともに、元素機能に基づいた可能な限りレアメタルフリーでの鉄鋼材料の高強度化、高延性・高靱性化の材料設計原理の確立を目指す.
