<p>ルテニウム系銅酸化物超伝導体は磁気秩序と超伝導が共存する可能性がある物質として知られているものの,5元系の分解溶融型化合物であり,結晶成長が極めて難しいため,この系の磁性と超伝導の共存に関する問題は未だに完全に解明されたとは言い難い.我々はルテニウム系銅酸化物高温超伝導体の単結晶成長に取り組んでおり,最近,1212相の一辺50マイクロメートル程度の単結晶の合成に成功したので報告する.</p>
