I am specializing South Asian languages. I am mainly studying Sinhala (Indo-Aryan; Sri Lanka) and Ghale (Tibeto-Burman; Nepal).
I am using corpus and experimental methods to study Sinhala. I have been working on information structure, language, contact, and number marking in Sinhala.
I am describing Ghale based on fieldwork.
