From April of 2021, I was installed as Associate Professorship at SOAI University Faculty of Humanities in Osaka, Japan after 10 year work at Shikoku University Faculty of Management of Information Sciences,including the Assistant Department Head. Since PhD programme at Exeter University(United Kingdom), I was Honorary Research Assistant at the Politics Department at the University, then, dispatched one of the affiliated institution in Japan, Takushoku University. I also have experience on part-time lecturer-ships at Meiji University, Tokushima University, Guest Lecturers on Tokyo University of Science, Suwa, and several visiting fellowships at Japanese institutions for Higher Education(Aichi Gakusen Univ, Aichi Konan College, and Osaka Univ. of Tourism).

One of my specializations is Small & Medium Enterprises and regional Innovation. The other is top management activities related to his or her "political resume( including successor, followers, and even opponents)", leadership at corporations through historical institutional approach. Corporate governance research on rise and fall of corporate elites is also my specialization.

I have an experience on editorial board member for Journal of Business  Management(Japan Academy of Business Administration), and also dealed with 4 international academic journals, 3 for Mangement, 1 for Politics. Society and Business Review(Emerald Group Publishing),Editorial Advisory Board Member, and currently, Recherche Cas en Sciences de Gestion(Editions EMS), Membre du Comité d évaluation.
