岩田 由香

　地域在住高次脳機能障害者の家族介護者における予期せぬ生活変化（ライフチェンジ）への適応支援に向けて、尺度開発、プログラム開発等に取り組む。
　これまでに、East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars (EAFONS) The Best E-Poster Awards（題目：Factors contributing to life-change adaptation in family caregivers of community-dwelling individuals with acquired brain injury）、日本地域看護学会学術集会最優秀演題賞（題目：成人期高次脳機能障害者の家族介護者の介入アウトカムの検討）、同学術集会優秀演題賞（題目：高次脳機能障害者の家族介護者のライフチェンジ適応尺度の開発）、日本看護研究学会学術集会最優秀演題賞（題目：多重介護者におけるセルフケア尺度の開発）などの受賞歴がある。

　Yuka Iwata (née Shindo), PhD, Public Health Nurse (PHN), and Registered Nurse (RN), is a Lecturer at Hokkaido University. Her research focuses on developing care programs and measurement scales for family caregivers of individuals with acquired brain injury.
　She has received several academic awards, including the Best E-Poster Award from the East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars (EAFONS); the Best Presentation Award from the Japan Academy of Community Health Nursing; and the Best Presentation Award at the Annual Conference of the Japan Society of Nursing Research.
