航空機の製造においてCFRP/Ti合金の積造材に対する穴加工が増えている.このような穴加工では,工具寿命だけでなく,チタン合金層の切りくずがCFRPの穴内面を擦ることによって仕上げ面が悪化することが問題となっている.本研究では,このような切りくず生成過程と切削力を解析的に予測する切削シミュレーションを開発した.本報では,積層材に対するシミュレーションについて示し,切削試験に基づいてその妥当性を明らかにした.
