I have more than 10 years of experience working on Social Innovation, Inclusive Business and Sustainability Impact.
My works are more focused on linking "innovation management" mindset to achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

I have advised various local and global projects in the fields related to agribusiness, poverty alleviation, water & sanitation, nutrition, clean energy and women empowerment. I had wonderful learning opportunities conducting extensive field studies in India, China, Myanmar, Iran and Indonesia.

I have worked with an alphabet soup of international organizations, such as UNDP, UNICEF, UNESCO and UNFPA. With the UNDP Growing Inclusive Markets initiative, I was responsible for Inclusive Business studies in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). I was also an advisor for Sasakawa Peace Foundation (Japan) on their “Base of the Pyramid” initiatives in South East Asia. I cooperated with UNESCO’s high-level international forum on Innovation for Sustainable Development and also served in the editorial board of the UNESCO Science Report.

Since August 2022, I joined the Sustainable Food Systems research group at University of Tokyo's Center for Global Commons at the Institute for Future Initiatives. At UTokyo I work on sustainability transition in agricultural commodities such as Coffee and Palm Oil, with a special focus on social aspects of sustainability and adoption of sustainable farming practices among smallholder farmers.
