新薬開発における副作用の予測には各種イオンチャネルの阻害率を推定することが重要である。一方、心筋細胞モデルを用いることで、実計測した細胞の膜電位波形からイオンチャネル阻害率の推定が期待できる。そこで本研究では、薬物作用推定を目的に、心筋細胞モデルの出力とパラメタとの関係を解析する。各パラメタを軸とする5次元パラメタ空間内での膜電位及び収縮力の変化を解析した。その結果、膜電位や収縮力単独による特定のパラメタの推定は困難であるが、両者を併用することにより推定精度が向上する可能性が示された。(著...
