Profile

I am interested in Differential Geometry and Bioinformatics.

In particular, I am interested in global Finsler geometry, the relation with the topology of the manifold, the flag curvature and the global behavior of geodesics.

In the field of bioinformatics, I am mainly interested in understanding the evolution of DNA and protein sequences by using mathematical methods.
