菅原 貴与志

Takayoshi Sugawara was born in Sapporo, Japan. Sugawara earned his Bachelor of Law and Economics at Keio University. Sugawara started working for an international airline（currently ANA Holdings Inc.）. After some years of experience in sales promotion and marketing, he was transferred to the company’s Legal and Insurance Department. Sugawara had completed the legal apprentice training course at Legal Training and Research Institute established in the Supreme Court, and he was admitted Attorney-at-Law in Japan. Sugawara has been responsible for the professional areas of Aviation Law, Corporate Law, Civil & Commercial Law and Aviation Insurance while remaining involved with broad corporate legal matters as the General Counsel ever since. Starting in April 2004 Sugawara has been teaching Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Competition Law at Keio University Law School as a professor.
