Human speech, respiration and swallowing are the original function performed in the oral and maxillofacial region based on fluid dynamics mainly. These functions obey to the musculoskeletal controlled by the central nervous system. According to speech, speech disorders occurs due to the problem in several central nervous system, M1, the brainstem and articulation organs. The consonants articulated in the oral cavity are mainly generated by fluctuating airflow categorized to be aerodynamic sound. When the problem happens in the consonant, the physical phenomena needs to be confirmed to be cared medically. So, the diagnoses and treatments based on the physics are needed. In our study, we performed the measurement of the vocal tract obtained by CT and the numerical simulation of the speech production. As the result, we revealed the manner of the airflow in the vocal tract, and the sound field propagated from the sound source generated by the fluctuating aiflrow. The articulation disorders are believed to occur from the morphological problems found in the articulation organs, but the effect of the central nervous system cannot be neglected. However, the balance between the concrete clinical solutions and the background knowledge needed to make the deep decision is hard to be achieved because of the medical cost in terms of time and expense. Moreover, the motor functions and the central nervous control of the articulations are governed by so large scale multi parameters that doctors or speech therapists can deal with. Therefore we currently develop the integrated medical information system enabling the decision support for the surgeons, who can perform the operation based on the physics and statistic evidences. As the first step, using Data Warehouse, we obtain some rules from the medical record texts by conducting the inductive logical programing.
