It is increasing to measure the ionosphere over the ocean, since it occupies 70% of whole ionosphere and it is necessary for improving the precision of empirical/numerical models. Especially, as the operational aviation requires the precise ionospheric information, it is indispensable to develop the methods of measurement of ionosphere over the ocean. This paper discuss some method and introduce some project which already starts.
