本研究では、表面支援レーザー脱離イオン化質量分析法(SALDI-MS法)に用いられる金属ナノ粒子の合成とその挙動、さらには脱離・イオン化のメカニズム解明に挑戦した。まずは、サンプル用基板を作成するために、さまざまな金属・酸化物・半導体のナノ粒子および異方性粒子を作成した。結果として、その物質、構造、大きさ、形状がいずれも有機物の脱離に大きく影響することが分かった。そこで得られた粒子を用いて塗布した基板上に、波長を変えてパルスレーザーを照射したところ、可視光では、金ナノ粒子がそのプラズモン吸...

本研究では、光-分子強結合場を利用した、レーザー照射による有機分子の脱離とそのソフトイオン化について検討している。ソフトイオン化とは、有機物質を分解しないでイオン化することである。そこで、本年度は、光-分子強結合場を発現させる手段として金粒子の基板上への集積による表面支援レーザー脱離イオン化法について検証を行った。シリコン基板上にアミノシラン単分子膜を用いて作製した金粒子の集積した部分において、特に有機化合物の脱離・イオン化がレーザー照射によって起こりやすいことが見いだされた。一方で、単層...
