平木 俊幸

Toshiyuki Nishiyama Hiraki received his Ph.D. degree in Science from Kyoto University, Japan, in 2020. He is a postdoctoral researcher for the Research Center for Open Science and Data Platform (RCOS) at the National Institute of Informatics (NII). He studies and develops functions for research data governance so that people can make new collaborations and discover knowledge on NII Research Data Cloud (RDC). He has previously worked for RIKEN SPring-8 Center as a postdoctoral researcher and explored information science for handling big data collected in SPring-8. In his Ph.D., he did research in atomic, molecular, and optical physics, optics, and experimental physics. His most recent publication is "Multispectroscopic Study of Single Xe Clusters Using XFEL Pulses, " published in Applied Sciences as a Feature paper.
