常光 康弘

Yasuhiro Tsunemitsu was born in Kanagawa, Japan, on September 1, 1976. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Takushoku University, Tokyo, Japan in 2000, the M.S. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Yokohama National University, Yokohama, Japan in 2002, and the D.E. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan in 2007. He worked at Japan Radio Co., Ltd. from April 1, 2002 to June 28, 2013. His research area had been the analysis of the waveguide slot array antenna. He worked at Microwave Factory Co., Ltd. from July 1, 2013 to December 2013. His main work was the project to obtain ISO/IEC17025 by A2LA and CTIA Authorized Test Lab (CATL). He works the Faculty of the Engineering Takushoku University with Associate Professor from April 1, 2014. His research area has been the antenna for millimeter wave band. For example, the waveguide slot array antenna at 38GHz, the radial line slot antenna at 38GHz, the wireless communication system called IEEE 802.11ad using 60 GHz band, the octave band antenna at millimeter wave band, and so on. He received the First Prize and Business Plan Award presented at the 3rd IEEE Tokyo Young Researchers Workshop in 2006. He received the Young Researcher Encouragement Prize from IEICE Antenna & Propagation Society in 2007. He received the IEEE AP-S Japan Chapter Young Engineer Award from IEEE Japan Chapter Antennas and Propagation Society in 2008. He is a member of The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE), The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), The Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society (ACES), and The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
