Dr. Nguyen Duc Tuyen received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2006, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Shibaura Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
He was a Post-Doctoral Fellow from 2012 to 2014. Since 2014, he has been a Visiting Researcher with the Shibaura Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan. Besides, since 2015, he has been a Researcher with the Tokyo University of Science. His current research interests include distribution power systems, dispersed generation systems, renewable energy and smart grids.
Dr. Tuyen published about 60 papers including journals, conference proceedings, a book chapter. He is also the active reviewer for more than 10 journals (of IEEJ, IET, IEEE, ScienceDirect, Springer, etc.) and more than 10 conferences (APEC, PCSS, ISAP, PESGM, etc.).
