１. 原生生物や節足動物のニッチ構築における適応行動

- コバントビケラ幼虫の携帯巣（葉布団）づくり

２. 有殻アメーバの殻の機能の多様性
- 課題的シーンに応じた有殻アメーバの被殻の機能と仮足動態

３.ヤーコプ・フォン・ユクスキュル研究
- ユクスキュルに関する資料の翻訳
- 環世界論と哲学・科学・生物学史

４.観察の技法
- 自然観察技術の開発（例：なりきる観察）
- 他種の環世界の身体的翻訳（例：他種を真似ることによる新しいトーンの創発）
- 自然科学教育におけるフィールドワークの活用

I am interested in species-specific Umwelten (subjective worlds) and embodiment in living organisms.

 1. Adaptive Behavior in Niche Construction by Protists and Arthropods
- Substrate selection and lorica formation in sessile ciliates
- Portable case-building ("leaf bedding") behavior in Anisocentropus kawamurai (caddisfly larvae)

 2. Functional Diversity of Testate Amoeba Shells
- Shell functions and pseudopodial dynamics in response to task-specific environmental contexts

 3. Studies on Jakob von Uexküll
- Translation of Uexküll’s writings
- Umwelt theory in the context of philosophy, science, and the history of biology

 4. Techniques of Observation
 - Development of nature observation methods (e.g., immersive/mimetic observation)
 - Bodily translation of other species' Umwelten (e.g., emergence of new perceptual tones through mimicry)
 - Integration of fieldwork into science education
