Profile

Born in Indonesia. In 1987 he passed a governmental (the World-Bank) fellowship examination and quit a university (ITB) before a year. In 1998, he became a faculty member at a national university (Hiroshima U.) and established a research group at TUAT by Japan’s 1st tenure-track program (2007). From the group (TUAT, 2008-2018), 30+ bachelor/master and 10+ doctorate graduates are active in a wide range of industries and academic fields.
