Dr. Xichao Zhang is a Junior Researcher (Assistant Professor) at Waseda University, Japan. He received his Ph.D. from Shinshu University in 2018, and was a JSPS Postdoctoral Fellow at Shinshu University from 2020 to 2022. He also worked at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) and the University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on the theoretical study of spin textures and dynamics. His Google Scholar citations are above 7000 in December 2022. He is a Guest Editor of Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, a Guest Editor of Magnetism, and a Guest Associate Editor of Frontiers in Physics.
