The current status is reported about the design work on the radio fence around the transmitting site of the EISCAT_3D radar for human safety. The Method of Moment (MoM) is used to compute the current distribution on antenna elements and near electric field strength outside of the fence. Techniques to reduce computation costs are explained with initial results, followed by the future plan to combine the MoM and Geometrical Theory of Diffraction for simulations on very large models that contain the whole antenna array and fence.
