斎藤 優

現在はカリフォルニア大学サンタバーバラ校にてElings Prize FellowとしてAndrea Youngグループに所属し、twisted 2層グラフェンmoiré超格子の超伝導・電子相関・トポロジカル物性の研究に従事。東京大学岩佐研究室にて電界誘起2次元超伝導の研究を行い、2018年3月に博士（工学）を取得。

主な研究成果は、（東京大学にて）単結晶表面の電界誘起2次元超伝導の量子金属状態の発見（Scinece 2015）及び量子Griffiths状態の発見(Nature Comm. 2018)、MoS2電界誘起超伝導の増強された面内臨界磁場/ Ising超伝導の発見（Nature Physics 2016）、反転対称性の破れた超伝導体の非相反伝導現象の発見（Science Advances 2017）、（カリフォルニア大学サンタバーバラ校にて）twisted 2層グラフェンにおける、互いに独立した超伝導とhalf-filling絶縁体の発見（Nature Physics 2020）、Hofstadterサブバンド強磁性（強磁性的Chern絶縁体）と空間反転対称性の破れたChern絶縁体の発見（Nature Physics 2021）、 Isospin Pomeranchuk 効果と集団的励起による高エントロピーの発見（Nature 2021）
