永島 佑貴

I received my BSc (2012), MSc (2014), and PhD (2019) from the University of Tokyo. I began my career as a medicinal chemist at Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation (2014–2020), before transitioning to academia at the Tokyo Institute of Technology (2020–2024). Since 2024, I have been an Assistant Professor at the University of Tokyo. I was appointed as a FOREST Researcher by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) in 2023. My research program integrates organic synthesis, photochemistry, main-group chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and computational chemistry. My primary research areas are outlined below:

(A) Photoreaction Development (C–C, C–B, C–Si, C–Ge, and C–Sn bond formations) for Exploring Small-Molecule Chemical Space「元素の特性を活かした光反応の開発と低分子ケミカルスペースの拡大」
