I am a physician and health policy professional with a diverse background spanning clinical practice, government administration, and academic research.
Throughout my career - serving as a physician in community medicine, an official at the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), and an epidemiology researcher - I have consistently sought to understand healthcare from multiple perspectives. Currently, at Boehringer Ingelheim Japan, I leverage these insights within the HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) group to create evidence-based value that truly contributes to patients' lives.
