Synchrotron Radiation (SR) facilities around the world have been recognized as premier research tool for Nano Technology as well as industrial application including display device technology. A SR facility, Synchrotron Light in Tohoku, Japan (SLiT-J), has been projected since 2011. Current status and perspectives are being presented.
