The educational program of "Production Systems Engineering" of Fukui National College of Technology was authorized by JABEE in May, 2005. In this report we try interpreting the Learning and Educational Objectives of the program. The program sets itself 5 main learning and educational objectives, each of which is further subdivided into small ones, coming up to 35 in all. We continue our discussion from many viewpoints, confirming that the most essential keystone in setting up the objectives is "manufacturing products and creating environments" We also show that our Learning and Educational Objectives are by no means inconsistent with the "design ability" which JABEE requires of the program students.
