The solid solutions of strontium-calcium phosphate, gamma-Ca3-xSrx(PO4)(2) (0 <= x <= 2), have been synthesized under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. The products were well characterized by powder X-ray diffraction measurements and Micro-Raman spectroscopy. All the products are isostructural and belong to R-3m space group. With the increasingcontent of Sr in gamma-Ca3-xSrx(PO4)(2), the unit cell parameters (a, c, c/a, V) linearly increase, and the wavenumbers of Raman vibrational modes (v(3), v(1), v(4), v(2)) also change in linear trends with different slopes.
