We recommend the following movements for low back pain patient to be selected in the stage of the impairment.
For front muscles, the interval of handgrip should be placed separately in the earlier stage of exercise, and pull-down exercise at sitting position will be used. With advancing stage, the interval of handgrip can be narrowed and the exercise could start at the standing position.
For back muscle, pull up movement can be selected at sitting position in earlier stage, and pull up movement with standing position could be selected. The interval of hand grip does not influence both for pull up exercise.
