The machines supporting mobile-communication use a microwave and a millimeter wave, and in the development of these communication machines, plane circuits and antennas, possible to be light and small, are playing an important role. The filter and resonator, which used in mobile-communication machines, are the most important elements in a microwave circuit, and various researches have been given on this theme. In this research, we have proposed the new structure of filters and resonators which consists of the microstrip circuits.
