Recently, zero thermal expansion materials are need in structures subject to temperature changes such a functional materials. In this study, we report preparation of MgWO4 by sol-gel process and ZrW2O8-SiO2 composite ceramics using SPS method. We tried to control of thermal expansion coefficient of ZrW2O8-SiO2 composite ceramics from negative to positive by changing mixed ratio of ZrW2O8 and MgWO4.
