Profile

R&D of new solar cells using new solar cell materials/New solar cell materials that exhibit higher light absorption and low carrier recombination are investigated for the purpose of applying the materials to solar cell devices./Optical characterization of solar cell materials by spectroscopic ellipsometry/Spectroscopic ellipsometry, as an optical characterization technique, is applied to determine dielectric function as well as optical absorption coefficient of various solar cell materials.
