Cuiwei He received his Ph.D. degree in optical wireless communication from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia, in 2017. From 2017 to 2020, he worked as a Research Fellow with Monash University. From 2020 to 2021, he was a Postdoctoral Research Assistant with the Department of Engineering Science, University of Oxford, U.K. He is currently an Senior Lecturer with the School of Information Science, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST). His research interests include visible light communication, visible light positioning, and optical wireless communication.
