Apr, 2015 - Apr, 2015本研究は薄層を超音波が通過する際に生じる音響共鳴現象を、２つの超音波伝達系において理論解析し、得られた理論モデルを駆使して、①超音波波形を自在に操作する技術、および②薄層の音響物性値変化を高精度に測定する技術を創出することを目的とする。

Dec, 2007 - Dec, 2007本研究は、ジュール熱を利用する独自のナノ接合手法により異種金属ナノ材料同士の直線および重ね接合を実現すると共に、実現した異種金属ナノ接合部を利用した次世代ナノ熱電素子（ナノクーラ・ナノヒータ素子、ナノ熱発電素子）を開発することを目的とする。
